There are no super humans as in the comic book sense.
They are wonderful works of fiction which I really enjoy. There are however extraordinary people.
In sport these are the World and Continental Champions and Olympians. They have something special not just physically but psychologically and also socially.
They have an “aura” about them which inspires people to be like them and to achieve what they have done or even more.
Quest Taekwondo is not a high performance Poomsae club but association with someone like Eva Sandersen inspires everyone to be that bit better and pursue their quest for self development.
To be the best you have to recognise what the best is. This weekend a limited number of people got to see the best in action.
